The apartment situated on the 2nd floor (without lift) includes: a sitting room with TV, internet connexion, a big, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine and a big freezer. A bedroom with a French bed (140 cm), a balcony and an adjoining WC, a small study, a dining room, a dressing room, a bathroom with bath, shower and WC, washing machine available in the apartment. Garden furniture at your disposal on the balcony and in the garden. Reserved parking space.
Villars-Burquin is situated 15 min. by car from the lake, the city of Yverdon-les-Bains and its thermal centre, shopping centres and the motorway. Ski slopes and cross-country ski trails are also at a 15 min. distance, as well as the ski resort Sainte/Croix – Les Rasses. Numerous tourist sites in the surrounding area.

Access:
By car: Villars-Burquin is 10 km off the A5 motorway, exit ‘Grandson/Champagne’. Pass through the village of Champagne and follow the signs to ‘Fontaines’. At ‘Fontaines’ take the first road to the right in the direction of ‘Mauborget’ up to the entrance to the village of Villars-Burquin. The property is the first ‘château’-style mansion on the right.
By public transport: Train station of Yverdon-les-Bains, then by bus in the direction of Mauborget. Get off at ‘Villars-Burquin’
