Two bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a house with two apartments, approx. 60 m², separate entrance and direct access to the terrace and lawn, magnificent view of the Alps and the plain. Quiet and sunny location.

Conditions/extras

Holiday apartment composed of two bedrooms with 2 x 2 single beds. One room can be turned into a simple sitting room on request if the apartment is occupied by up to 3 persons. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove with an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a deep freezer, and a television. Wi-Fi internet connection. Bathroom with shower and WC. The terrace is directly accessible from the kitchen, garden furniture. Reserved parking space in front of the house.
Guests may bring their own bed linen. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning.
Ideal for hiking, mountain biking, downhill skiing and cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Musical clock museum.

No smoking apartment. Pets allowed.

Access:
By car: From Yverdon-les-Bains follow Sainte-Croix, then Les Rasses/Bullet. On arrival in the resort of Les Rasses, drive to the car park and take the road parallel to the car park on the southern side: Chemin des Preisettes. No 6 is situated at the end of the cul de sac.
By public transport: From the train station of Yverdon-les-Bains take the train from Yverdon-les-Bains to Sainte-Croix, then the bus to Les Rasses. A 5-min. walk from the bus stop.
