Situated in the countryside, on the 1st floor of a spacious house from 1780, this apartment is ideal for families. Next to a farmhouse and close to Lake Neuchâtel as well as to several playgrounds. Calm rural setting, ideal for biking and hiking.

Conditions/extras

The apartment of about 60 sq. m. shares the entrance with the owners. It includes an equipped kitchen for 4 persons, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a living area, a second bedroom with two beds (90 X 190 and 140 x 190), child´s bed and chair are available, a bathroom with shower and WC, central heating, Wi-Fi connexion, car park.
Close to Lake Neuchâtel (beaches and playgrounds within a 10 min. walk), and to the forests of the Jura Mountains (hiking, cross-country skiing and paragliding). 15 min. by car from Neuchâtel or Yverdon-les-Bains (thermal bath). Many tourist sites in the area.
Non-smoking apartment. Pets not admitted.

Access:
By car: Motorway A5. Coming from Yverdon-les-Bains, exit Grandson, continue on the cantonal road in the direction of Neuchâtel to Corcelles-près-Concise. At the traffic lights take the second path on the right (big gate), continue to the old house on the right hand side in the back of the courtyard. Coming from Neuchâtel, exit Vaumarcus, follow the direction of Yverdon-les-Bains to Corcelles-près-Concise. At the end of the village take the first path on the left (big gate) shortly before the traffic lights.
By public transport: Train station of Yverdon-les-Bains, continue by postal bus to Corcelles-près-Concise.
