La Ferme de la Praz is the ideal place to relax, to rest and to recharge the batteries. This old farm house, classified as a historical monument, overlooks the Yverdon-les-Bains region and Lake Geneva. It offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Swiss and the French Alps, including Mont Blanc. Each of the rooms, renovated in contemporary style, has a luxurious private bathroom.
Conditions/extras
A substantial breakfast is served in the form of a buffet in a beautiful sunny dining room or on a terrace. An exterior whirlpool heated to 35°C, a big garden and a bocce ball court are at the guests’ disposal. On the second floor, a conference room of 40m² is available, featuring tables, couches, bookshelves, television and WiFi, a chess table, and various games for children. The bookshelves offer more than 500 books in four languages (E, FR, DE, NL). For your leisure activities, four pairs of snowshoes, two bicycles and two e-bikes (CHF 30/half a day – CHF 50/whole day) are available. WiFi, reserved parking space for the guests. Payment possible with credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.

By car: Motorway A9, exit ‘La Sarraz’, travel in the direction of Eclépens, and then La Sarraz. Turn left at the first roundabout and travel towards Cossonay. Drive through the village of La Sarraz for about 200m, then turn right in the direction of Mont-la-Ville / Ferreyres. Continue on this road for 5km after having left the village. Pass through the village of Ferreyres, and continue to the village of Moiry. In the centre of Moiry, turn right and follow the road to La Praz. In La Praz, keep left and pass 300m through the village. Leaving the village, when the road separates in two, take the small road on the left. La Ferme de La Praz is situated on the left-hand side, after 50m.
By public transport: From the train station of ‘Croy-Romainmôtier’, take the bus (No 684 going to L’Isle) to La Praz. Please note that there is no bus service on weekends.
