Situated high on a Jura mountain plateau, Les Bruyères farmhouse is over a century old, yet offers all the comfort needed. The old building has recently been tastefully renovated using authentic materials. Guests can truly appreciate the calm and beauty of this peaceful oasis. 2 large rooms are available for 2 to 4 persons.

Conditions/extras

Garden furniture is available. Reserved parking space. In fine weather breakfast is served on the terrace. Dinner prepared with regional produce and the farm vegetable garden can be provided for guests on request.
Fontanezier is situated a mere 15-minute drive from the lakeshore, the town of Yverdon-les-Bains and its thermal centre, shopping centres and the motorway. It is also only 15 minutes away from the cross-country skiing trail and the ski resort of Sainte-Croix / Les Rasses. A great many other tourist sites are nearby. Families, hikers and cyclists are welcome.

Access :
By car: Fontanezier is 10km from the A1 Motorway A1. Take exit “Grandson/Champagne”. Drive through the villages of Champagne and Bonvillars to Fontanezier. At the top of the village follow signs for Route des Bruyères.
By public transport: Alight at CFF train station Yverdon-les-Bains, then take the bus to Fontanezier. The accommodation is 800m walk from the bus stop. On request, guests can be collected from the village or from Grandson station (charged extra).
