The ritual – Well-being area
Explore our well-being ritual, lasting a total of 75 minutes, for an invigorating experience. You will be guided through a relaxing tour, taking in an outside shower, a sauna, a cold bath, a hot bath and a relaxation area. A veritable haven for the mind and soul to get away from it all, recharge your batteries and revitalise your entire being.

Breakfast
Start each day by enjoying a copious and energising breakfast, where a carefully chosen range of local, fresh produce takes pride of place.
