Old mill renovated with a lot of charm. Ideal holiday home for individuals, families or small groups (max. 12 people); for quiet holidays, a convalescent stay or group work. Quiet location by the stream. Stylish rustic furnishings with that "certain something" and all the necessary comfort. Cozy kitchen (dishwasher), terrace, small sauna, outdoor grill. TV via Internet, washing machine (3kg), charging possibility for e-cars.

 
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the houose (non-smoking house)!
 
With the Jura Pass, you can use public transport for free and benefit from discounts on numerous activities in the region!

Equipment:

3 bedrooms (double beds), 6 mattresses, lounge (old meal room), office room, «group room», TV, radio, CD player, DVD player, dishwasher, oven, fridge, internet connection (WiFi), sauna, 2 toilets, shower room, washing machine (3kg), bathroom with bathtub/shower, 2 wood stoves, terrace, outdoor grill, outdoor plug for e-cars (keys require), parking in front of the house. 

Conditions/extras

Base price (for occupancy up to 6 persons): CHF 150.-- per night (minimum 2 nights), CHF 1'050.--per week (7 nights). Booking at least 5 days in advance. Final cleaning CHF 130.-- (mandatory). An additional occupancy of 7 - 12 people will be charged separately at the end of the stay.

Kitchen linen is provided. The bed linen must be brought by the tenant himself, but can also be rented for a maximum of 6 people. Personal towels must be brought by yourself. The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.

Additional costs / extras:
The following costs/extras may apply and must be paid before departure:
a) Rental of bed linen (CHF 20 per person, max. for 6 people)
b) Occupancy with more than 6 people (on mattresses) (+ CHF 20 per person per night).
c) Firewood for wood-burning stoves or outdoor barbecue (1 box) available (can be reordered for CHF 10.-/box). 
d) Charging of e-car batteries (CHF 15 per charging process, external plug available).
