"The Ibis Delemont Hotel was a perfect fit for our high school group of athletes. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and modern, with a fun pool table that the students enjoyed. The layout with our own hallway was convenient for our team, and the common eating area was excellent for evening activities, games, and study session. Athletes appreciated the flexibility of bringing their own food to eat together. The hotel's location was superb and easily accessible from the train station. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to provide a small breakfast before official serving hours. It was a pleasant surprise for our student-athletes to discover that the hotel was rated only 2-stars given the positive experience we had."

"Had a great two day stay at Ibis Delemont. Was there for a Citroen car event so the hotel was fully booked but everything was very professionally handled. Received a very warm and sincere check in front "Loan" who spoke very good English and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was also good and while not a complete full service breakfast, once again it was the hard working efforts of the staff that pulled it off with a full house of guests all descending downstairs to eat the same time Room was very good, bed was comfortable and shower was spacious. The only things missing from the room were a waste basket (?), refrigerator and hand towels. Thanks for the great stay! Ps....I would have given this hotel a 10 out of 10 except for the "surprise" at checkout! Despite an email confirmation saying the hotel was paid in full, they had no record of payment! As I was visiting from Canada, checking banking info in this increasingly fraudulent world was nearly impossible, so I had to go with it and pay by credit card which fortunately worked before being locked out at the next stop!"

"Everything was clean. There are only 2 faults that I could find is that there is no refrigerator in the room & a service elevator for the staff because their trolleys couldn’t fit us guests if the rush hour comes in. Breakfast buffet had good selections & is neat."

"After a very friendly welcome and instructions where to find the nearest COOP store to buy some supper, I settled into a cozy bed in a very tranquil room. I had restful sleep and lots of hot water for my morning shower the next day. Who could ask for better on a business trip! I definitely recommend this hotel."
