Located in the centre of Biel/Bienne, this residence offers 16 furnished apartments with 2 to 3 rooms, particularly suited to longer stays. Fully equipped, the apartments provide everything you need for an independent stay in the city.

The central location makes getting around easy and is especially convenient for business travellers. Each apartment is air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year. A cleaning service is also included every two weeks, combining the independence of an apartment with practical services for extended stays in Biel/Bienne.

Arrival (Check-in/Check-out)

Arrivals and departures are only possible from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.  

Conditions/extras

The minimum stay is one month. The price includes cleaning every two weeks, final cleaning, bed linen and air conditioning. Tourist taxes are charged separately.

For stays of one month only, an additional charge of CHF 150 applies.

Double occupancy and an extra bed or baby cot are each subject to an additional charge of CHF 150.
