Spacious, renovated and independent 35m² Room in a former winegrower's house in Les Tuileries-de-Grandson, 5 minutes from Yverdon-Les-Bains and 20 minutes from Lausanne and Neuchâtel.
The studio offers 2 independent beds and a sofa bed for 2 persons, a living room with HDTV and Blue-ray, radio DAB, WIFI, fridge, microwave and kettle.
Private bathroom with shower and toilet, private terrace and parking.
Non smoking studio. No pets allowed.
Breakfast on request.
Language spoken : French, German, English.

We are located 2 minutes drive from the highway and multiple shopping centres and only 5 minutes walk to the lake´s edge. The nearest bus stop is only 200 metres away.
The region offers some great attractions such as walking and bike riding paths, boat rides on the lake, cross-country ski tracks and skiing.

Directions:
Drive - Take the Yverdon West Exit on the A5 motorway, then at the roundabout, follow the direction of Montagny Chamard, after approximately 800 metres, follow Grandson Neuchâtel, continue over the level crossing and you will arrive in Les Tuileries. After approximately 500 metres turn left before the church and it is the first house on the right.
Bus – From Yverdon-le-Bains, take the bus in the direction of Grandson and exit at bus stop ‘Tuileries-de-Grandson Kiosque´.

By phone, email or via mail. All bookings require a 50% deposit, balance paid on arrival.

Payment:
Bank transfer (IBAN), Cash in CHF (Swiss Francs) or Euros. Credit cards and cheques not accepted. ATMs available in Grandson, Chamard and Yverdon-les-Bains (2 minutes drive).

Last minute reservation:
For one night (or more, depending on availabilities) cash payment on arrival is required .
