On the ground floor : a bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200) and a bedroom with 2 single beds (100 x 200) can be converted into king size bed, a bathroom with shower and WC.
On the 1st floor: a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave, open to a spacious living and dining room, fireplace, TV and Internet connection. Large terrace with panoramic view, access from the living room and kitchen. A bedroom with French bed (140 cm) and a bathroom with bath / shower and toilet. Washing machine and dryer available in the house. Garden furniture on the terrace, pond in the garden. Reserved parking space on the property.

Villars-Burquin is located 15 minutes drive from the lake, the town of Yverdon-les-Bains and its Thermal Centre, shopping centres and the motorway. 15 min also from cross-country skiing and ski resort of Sainte/Croix – Les Rasses. Many attractions nearby.

By car : Villars-Burquin is 10 km from the A5 motorway exit "Grandson / Champagne." Through the village of Champagne and follow direction "Fontaines". Public transport : from the railway station „Yverdon-les-Bains“ take the bus direction “Mauborget” to Villars-Burquin.
