Studio apartment on the ground floor with a separate entrance. It is light and opens onto the garden and the swimming pool. The equipped kitchen is shared with another identical studio opposite that is also available for rent. Close to the motorway and the Lausanne - Yverdon-les-Bains axis.

The studio on the west side (about 25m2) is equipped as follows: A 1.60m sofa bed with a mattress of excellent quality. Sitting room/dining room with TV/DVD/Internet WiFi. A mezzanine with two 90cm beds. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
Shared by the two studios: a kitchen between the entrances, equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, two glass-ceramic plates, various electrical household appliances, oven, coffee machine and electric kettle. Possibility of renting one or both studios. Washing machine and tumble drier available in the building.

Motorway 1km away. Quiet situation. Reserved parking space. Shops nearby. Situated at the foot of the Suchet (Jura), the area is ideal for hiking or biking. 12km from Yverdon-les-Bains (thermal centre), 6km from Vallorbe (Swiss-French border), 30km from Sainte-Croix / Les Rasses, 25km from Lausanne and 40km from Neuchâtel.
Non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed on request.

By car: Motorway A1, exit Chavornay, follow signs for Chavornay, turn left after 100m (Rue Verneret). At the following crossroads take the first road on the right: Rue de la Chapelle.
By public transport: The train station is Chavornay on the Lausanne - Yverdon-les-Bains line. From there, the studio is a 10 min. walk.
