Room in the owner’s house, an old chalet in Yvonand, 7 km from Yverdon-les-Bains, on the southern shore of Lake Neuchâtel. Beautiful sandy beach and the Thermal Centre in Yverdon-les-Bains only 500 metres away.

The room (16 sq. m) situated on the ground floor, has a double bed (2x90x200), TV, kettle, Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with WC, bidet, washbasin, bath/shower. Park for bicycles and motorbikes inside the grounds of the property. Large garden and shed available. Numerous excursion possibilities. 
Non-smoker accommodation, animals not admitted.

Access:
By car: Motorway A1, exit Estavayer-le-Lac or Yverdon-les-Bains Sud, then continue toward Yvonand. The house is close to the station (7 min walking)
By public transport: Alight at Yvonand or if arriving at Yverdon-les-Bains railway station, take the bus to Yvonand.
