A 3 room apartment with south-facing balcony in a chalet located on the hights area of the village of de Bullet, magnificent panoramic view of the plain and the Alps, approximately 60m2, ideal for families, quiet location, close to the ski resort of Sainte-Croix - Les Rasses and cross-country ski trails.

Conditions/extras

The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and consists of a living room with wood-burning fireplace,television and WIFI, a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a children's bedroom with 4 beds consisting of 3 bunk beds and 1 single bed (90 cm), cot (suitable for a child under 2 years of age) available on request, bathroom with shower and toilet, storage room. Terrace and garden accessed from the kitchen. Two reserved open-air parking spaces.
Both apartments in the chalet can be rented at the same time by special arrangement, providing 2 bedrooms (4 adults), 1 bedroom for 4 children, plus an additional sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room of the ground floor apartment.
Ideal for walking, mountain biking, downhill and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Musical box museums.
Non-smoking apartment. No pets please.
Included in the price: utilities and bed-linen, wood for the fire, heating (in winter), parking places, final cleaning.
Not included in the price: tourist tax (CHF 2.00 per night/per person)

How to find us:
By car: from Yverdon-les-Bains, follow the signs to Sainte-Croix, then head towards Bullet. Good snow equipment recommended for access by car in winter. Map provided with the contract.
By public transport: From the SBB station in Yverdon-les-Bains, take the TRAVYS train from Yverdon to Sainte-Croix, then the bus to Bullet.
