Conditions/extras

Located on the 1st floor, two large double bedrooms for two people with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), TV and free WIFI, lounge area. A single room for one person with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and TV. Shared bathroom with shower and WC for all guests. 
Fenced garden and terrace with garden furniture available for guests to share. Several reserved outdoor parking spaces. All beds are made up on arrival, towels provided. Storage room available for bicycles and motorcycles. 
The beaches of Yvonand are 15 minutes away on foot, and the area is ideal for cyclists and walkers. Numerous restaurants and tourist sites in close proximity.

Non-smoking accommodation, no pets allowed, payment in cash on arrival.
