Description
La Factory offers unlimited access to coworking and shared workspaces with guest rooms upstairs and the option of a breakfast tray. The concept, originally intended for digital nomads and mobile workers, is now extended to different types of guests (holiday guests, culture, sports or adventure tourists).
The main point is that the guest feels at home in complete autonomy: WIFI broadband connection in the coworking area and in the rooms, doors with access codes, business centre with office and meeting and conference room, shared kitchen and dining room, private parking and of course spacious, modern and fully equipped rooms.
On the ground floor on the right, there is an 80 m2 coworking lounge with 3 open-space offices (Administrative LNA Développement SA and LA FACTORY SA, an additional room is rented) and a meeting or conference room seating 15 people.
On the left ground floor, there are two large rented offices and an 80 m2 event space (with works by Chayan Khoï, a contemporary painter), who will soon be living on the premises.
The commercial part of the Factory is mainly geared towards rental to businesses.
In the basement, there’s the communal kitchen with dining and breakfast room. Next to it, a utility area with an 18 kg washing machine and an 18 kg tumble dryer.
7 guest rooms are located on the first floor: Bendor, Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Les Calanques, Les 2 Frères, Le Levant, and Port Cros. All rooms are equipped as follows: High-speed WIFI, bedside telephone sockets, desk with side table (kettle and coffee/tea), flat-screen TV with cable channels, mini-fridge, wardrobe with mini-safe, private bathroom with large Italian shower, bathroom furniture with illuminated mirror, magnifying mirror, grooming kit (shampoo, shower gel, soaps, make-up removal wipes), hairdryer, WC.
With the Jura-Pass, make the most of free public transport and get reductions on a range of activities in the region.
Conditions/extras
On request, baby cot (free of charge) or bed for children from 3 to 11 years (CHF 30.- per night).
Dogs are welcome: CHF 5.- per pet per night.
