Langel factory
Guided tours
Description
Opened in 1917, the last worker of the Langel factory left his workplace 80 years later, in 1997. Since then, the factory has not changed. The smell of oil, cigarette butts in the ashtray, a full trash can, everything has remained untouched and nothing has changed between the closure of the factory and today. This stamp parts factory, which employed 15 people at its peak, can be visited nowadays. Visitors can admire the old machines, the large windows typical of the region's watchmaking workshops and even the boss's desk where a pack of cigarettes still sits. A journey back in time!
