"I had a short stay and things were ok - but this place urgently needs refurbishment - doors, bathrooms, room - everything looks very old and torn down, affecting the sound isolation too. Breakfast is good - except coffee (which could be served in US, not in a land of Nespresso and good coffee ;))"

"We stayed one night and were a little bit scared from the location. Even tough the staff was super friendly and tried their best, the location would be great for a Netflix horror movie. The facilities look very old and spooky. Me and my wife instantly started independent from each other to make morbid jokes. But to stay serious, it is ok for one night when you just need a place to sleep. It was clean, everything was properly maintained (like working as intended) and as said they do their best. The only things that I could criticize, I understand that they might try to keep costs low but there are items in the room (like this ugly 90ies lamp on the table) that are rather ruining the ambiance instead of improving it. Throw that old stuff out!"

"Very good sized room with bathroom & toilet, all very clean. Well situated with a number of excellent restaurants eg. La Tene. In summer there is a swimming pool & garden. The lake is closeby. Receptionist was particularly helpful & deserves a mention."

"However I used to meet the most friendly Accor staff world wide but i couldn’t imagine to arrive to a train station which is too far from the hotel and trying to find a taxi with no hope!!! Once i sent email to Ibis asking for help i found the General director Milena chevallier coming by herself just to help me and to take me to the hotel even without paying for the fuel ☺️🙏 Really i could not find a word can describe my great feeling and grateful for you dear you made my day by your kind and professional attitude 😍🙏"
